These closures begin 8” below waist and continue all the way down to the ankle, making these pants ideal for leg radiation, hip, knee, ankle, leg surgery and covering casts. As with the traditional Hospital Pants, the waistband has an elastic and string embedded comfortably and discreetly in it and an 8” “kick” at the bottom of each leg for easy shortening of pant legs if necessary. The Break-Away Pants are appropriate for both men and women and can be worn alone or paired with a Healing Threads top. As with all the Original Healing Threads hospital patient wear, this garment’s fabric is an extremely soft, skin-sensitive micro-fiber and includes all the special features exclusive to Healing Threads and can even be washed and dried in your own home.
